Municipal Collections of America

The City of Davenport has partnered with Municipal Collections of America to assist collecting all delinquent receivables including utility bills, parking tickets, automated traffic enforcement citations, business licenses and other general accounts receivable.

Delinquent invoices turned over to MCOA will also be provided to the State of Iowa to participate in the Iowa Income Offset program. The offset program diverts state payments, like tax refunds, from a person who owes money to the state or a political subdivision of the state, like a city.

A $25.00 collection fee will be assessed to cover collection and administrative fees if turned over to MCOA.
