NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC'S RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VI

Davenport Citibus is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of race, color, or national origin as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended ("Title VI").

Filing a Complaint
If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI, a
 Title VI complaint can be filed with the City of Davenport using one of the following methods:

  • Online at this link.
  • In writing, 
    • Using the form available at this link, and mailing the completed form to: City of Davenport, Attn: City of Davenport Title VI Coordinator - Human Resources Manager, 226 W 4th St., Davenport, IA 52801, or
    • Using the form available at this link, and delivering the completed form in person to: Davenport City Hall, 226 W 4th St., Davenport, IA. Submit completed form at front desk, or
    • Picking up the form and completing in person at Davenport City Hall, 226 W 4th St., Davenport, IA. Check in at the front desk and a form will be provided to you for completion.
  • By phone, by calling (563) 326-7711 and asking to speak to the Title VI Coordinator.  The coordinator will record the verbal complaint.
