In an effort to minimize the economic impact COV-19 will have on the residents of Davenport, the city will be suspending the following collection efforts:

1. Applying late fees to delinquent utility bills
2. Delinquent utility bill assessments to Scott County
3. Turning delinquent utility bills over to Municipal Collections of America for collection
4. Disconnection of water services for delinquent sewer bills

 
This activity will resume after June 1, 2020.
