Fairmount Community Center is a multi-purpose facility located at 2980 North Fairmount Street. The facility was built in 2024 and is adjacent to the Davenport Public Library Fairmount Branch.

Reservations
Fees:
$100 refundable deposit paid at time of reservation
Friday-Sunday: 4 hour minimum $160 ($40/additional hour)
Capacity is 100 with tables and chairs for 60.
FCC Rental Amenities:
Small gymnasium with tables (10-60" round tables and 4-6' rectangular tables), chairs (approx. 60), service kitchen/counter and access to restrooms.

Reservations can be made 365 days in advance but should be made at least 30 days in advance of your special event. Three ways to reserve:
