Matrix Consulting Group, of Mountain View, Calif., submitted final reports on Davenport police and fire departments operations this week. Matrix President Richard Brady made a
presentation to the City Council's at its management update Tuesday.
The consulting group interviewed more than 100 people during the year-long study, including elected officials and management and frontline staff of both departments.
In the meeting, Brady said the recommendations in the studies were "tweaking," noting the departments current accreditations.
"That is a high standard to meet," he said.
