"I never imagined I could have my dream job at 28. I approached economic development staff to receive guidance on making my business come to life. Every single person I came into contact with at City was so incredibly helpful, even when my idea was extremely new to the Quad Cities. They believed in me from day one and I knew that Davenport was the most perfect place to launch my first shop. I would not have been able to launch this business without the help from the City and their Small Business Loan Program."
Haley Bunting, Owner of ThirteenWest Mobile Boutique
