Crime prevention protects the value of property and the safety of our community. 

All property owners and/or managers who have or manage rental property must complete the Landlord Education Assistance Program (Crime Free Multi‐Housing Program) in accordance with City Code Chapter 8.15.145. The program consists of nine video modules and supporting resources for each module. The training materials can be viewed 24/7, 365 at the link below. Property owners can complete the elements of the certification at their own pace. Once training is complete, owners/managers submit a certification of training completed.
