Halloween Parade

Downtown Davenport will be filled with ghouls and goblins on Sunday, October 25, 2026 as the City’s annual Halloween Parade kicks off at 2:00 P.M.  Spectators are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume and bring a bucket for candy!

Where to park for the Halloween Parade

Parking in all three downtown ramps will be free from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. 
Please note the following:

  • Harrison Street Ramp will not be accessible 11:30 A.M. – the conclusion of the parade.
  • Redstone and RiverCenter Parking Ramps will accessible from Brady Street only.

City-wide Trick-or-Treating

Davenport City-wide Trick-or-Treating for 2025 will take place on Saturday, October 31 from 5:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
