The Davenport DREAM Project is a neighborhood restoration project that hopes to inspire a renewed interest in the unique architecture and character found in the City of Davenport’s heritage neighborhoods. The inquiry period for the Davenport DREAM Project will be open from
July 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026. In order to submit an inquiry,
click here to submit an online form, call City Hall at 563-326-7765, or come in person to City Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
New Homeowners
Applications for new homeowners are accepted on a rolling basis until all slots are filled. Starting July 1, the Davenport DREAM Project will be accepting applications from new homeowners who have purchased a home in the DREAM area within the last 45 days. Please reach out to DREAM Staff at 563-326-7765 to learn more or request an application.
Application Requirements
To qualify for the Davenport DREAM Project, applicants must provide a minimum of:
- Proof of current homeowner's insurance
- Proof of identity
- Proof of no outstanding liens on the property
Contract owners are not eligible to apply. After submittal of your initial application, you may be asked to provide more information. Some participants may be required to provide information on income and household size.
