Halloween Parade

Downtown Davenport will be filled with ghouls and goblins on Sunday, October 26, 2025 as the City’s annual Halloween Parade kicks off at 2:00 P.M.  Spectators are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume and bring a bucket for candy!

Applications to participate or volunteer in the 2025 Halloween Parade are now open! Parade entries are limited.

Where to park for the Halloween Parade

Parking in all three downtown ramps will be free from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. 
Please note the following:

  • Harrison Street Ramp will not be accessible 11:30 A.M. – the conclusion of the parade.
  • Redstone and RiverCenter Parking Ramps will accessible from Brady Street only.

City-wide Trick-or-Treating
Davenport City-wide Trick-or-Treating for 2025 will take place on Friday, October 31 from 5:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
