Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds for a Cest Individual Action Project
Habitat for Humanity is looking to build a new single-family home in Davenport using federal HOME funding. The three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house will be built on a .10 acre vacant lot located at 513 East Dover Court.
For this project to happen, the City of Davenport will submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a request for the release of HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds under Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended, to undertake the following project. The following is a Categorically Excluded but Subject to 24 CFR 58.5 and required an environmental review.
Individuals, groups, or agencies will have an opportunity to submit written comments on this matter to the City’s Community and Economic Development Department. All comments received before May 27, 2025, will be considered by the City prior to the authorizing submission of a request for release of funds.
